Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon us sending a confirmation email to you indicating that your order has been received.

Ordering
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all information is correct in terms of product ordered, options selected and text entered. We will produce the layout as to how we deem most appropriate according to the information you have given us, including any special instructions. We will not accept responsibility for spelling mistakes or grammatical errors, please check carefully that you are happy with your design before submitting. *if you choose to see a proof, we will not begin to process your order until you have approved it.
If you need very specific text sizes or layouts, please contact us or use the ‘additional comments’ section to provide us with more detailed information. If what you have detailed is not possible or requires more clarification, we will not proceed with the job until we have made contact.
Due to visual representations on the website, please be aware that any colours, designs, line positioning and sizes may differ from that shown on the website from the real products. Many of the products are natural materials which do vary from one piece to another.
On receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email, followed by a proof (if required).
Logos
Our standard charge for a logo is priced at £20 and will be produced to the best of our ability using the artwork provided. If the artwork supplied is deemed to be unsatisfactory, we will contact you to discuss the options. Generally a re-submission of artwork or a refund will resolve the situation.
Certain circumstances may mean we need to increase the cost of the logo generation and in this instance we will contact you before beginning the job.
Payment
Orders taken via this website are handled by Secure Trading and your card details will not be stored. You also have the option to pay using PayPal.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. If for any reason we are unable to achieve this time frame we will endeavour to contact you and you will be offered an alternative product or a full refund.
If we receive no communication from you within 24 hours of delivery, regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in satisfactory condition and with no problems.

We use Royal Mail & Parcelforce 24 for delivery in the UK
Returns Policy
Lovedandlostmemorials.co.uk aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. We do not accept returns on items that have been personalised to the customer’s requirements. In the event of damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Cancellation
Lovedandlostmemorials.co.uk reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to engraving.
Intellectual Property
All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of lovedandlostmemorial.co.uk our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.
