Memorial Grave / Tree Marker With Plaque & Ground Spike

Very pleased with my purchased much admired

I ordered 3 plaques to install by trees we'd planted some time ago. The plaques arrived and were excellent quality and attractive. Unfortunately I realised I'd mistyped one of the dates on one of the plaques. PANIC! The family was all coming together to install the plaques in 3 days. I contacted Leon who wasn't as panicked as I was and advised me to order with correct info and priority delivery. I actually received the plaque the following day. I can't praise the quality of the plaques or the customer support highly enough.

I ordered 3 plaques in August 2025. They arrived in a timely manner and were high quality - but subsequently I realised that one of them included a typo (my fault!) I'd typed '1' when I should have typed '2'. As the family had arranged to meet up 3 days after this to install the plaques, I was in a panic - but thanks to Leon and the GPO I received the replacement in time. I should add that this was my second experience of Loved&Lost - I originally found the firm via online searches and gave the details to the university department which was sorting out a plaque for a graduate who'd sadly died. On that occasion we found them to be efficient and prompt - that's why I went back to the for these family plaques.
